The rooms director excellent; sorting out an issue that presented itself.The restaurant manager Andrea- wonderful,exactly how a manager should lead and Nana- so helpful and kind The reception staff are always brilliant. Hotel lovely and in a good location. However, room was unbearably hot at 26 degrees and when raised with staff was told nothing could be done. As it was winter air con was not yet on. Meant that we could not relax in the room as very unpleasant. Very disappointing.
