Room conditions were terrible. Bathroom door wouldn't close and they had to remove door to take off 2cm. When Aircon was turned on it flooded the bedroom floor. Took 2 days to repair.

We liked everything about the hotel, the staff were very attentive and helpful, everywhere was clean and tidy, we ate in the restaurant and bar food and both were very nice. The view from our room was stunning and the tram was only a 10 minute ride into the old town. We would highly recommend it.
