The property boasts a beautiful garden with a lawn and a seasonal swimming pool, perfect for enjoying the warm Spanish weather.

The complex features a delightful outdoor area with a garden and a lawn, providing the ideal setting for relaxation and leisure activities. The seasonal swimming pool (5 x 8 m, depth 140 cm) is available from June 10th to September 15th, offering a refreshing escape from the summer heat. Additionally, there is a children's pool and an outdoor shower for added convenience.

You will be staying in a spacious and bright 4-room penthouse apartment located on the 4th floor, with a total area of 85 square meters. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. The living/dining room is furnished with comfortable and beautiful decor, featuring a digital TV, radio, CD player, and air conditioning. There is also access to a balcony from this room. One of the bedrooms has 2 single beds (90 cm x 190 cm), while another bedroom has a double French bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) and an en-suite shower/WC with air conditioning. The third bedroom also has a double French bed (140 cm x 190 cm). The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities, including air conditioning, a washing machine, barbecue facilities, a dishwasher, microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Additionally, the apartment features a large terrace with terrace furniture, barbecue facilities, and deck chairs (2 pieces), offering a marvelous view of the sea.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment is well-appointed with several convenient facilities, such as an iron, children's high chair, baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi internet access is provided. A reserved parking space (number 16) is available at the house, designed to accommodate one car with a height of 220 cm and a width of 460 cm.
