This hotel was clean. The room and bathroom were huge. It is close to the train station. The restaurant served delicious food.

The staff were friendly and the room, although spacious, was sparse with no noticeable air conditioning. Breakfast was good, with a beautiful view from the dining room. The location is not in a great part of town, but it is handy to the train station. Beautiful view of Capri from our room.

Enjoyed staying with my family in the two bedroom apartment for a reasonable price. Amazing views from the hotel rooms and easy access to other parts of the country tempt to book my stay here again. Thank you very much to the staff of the restaurant, we enjoyed our breakfast there every morning.

nice stay in Torre del Greco
The rooms were clean, the breakfast was ok, it is a pet friendly, I don't have a dog, but we could see the dogs on the breakfast area, it is so nice !!! maybe you can include some biscuits gluten free in the breakfast . If you want to go to Pompeii, the Train is really close by and there is a beach as well close by.

The front desk person was very friendly & helpful, even though the room we paid for was not the one they had on their records, we did end up receiving what we paid for. (as far as the room was concerned). We went to the restaurant to eat & the staff was very rude & unfriendly & when we decided not to eat because of their rudeness, they spoke profanity to us. We paid for breakfast & the front desk said they would have a "to go" bag made up for us because of our early departure, but we received nothing. Room was clean & acceptable.

Don't waste your time or money
Staying here was a mistake, the room was not clean there were crumbs all over the kitchen. We had specifically requested a room with a view of the water but instead we got a room with a view of trash, when we asked if we could switch rooms they were not accommodating and stated that they were fully book with no other rooms- when clearly very few people were even in the hotel. Staying here myself and my family members received many bites from sleeping in beds. So travelers beware - bring bug spray. The linens were stained and walls were dirty. Do these people even care how the hotel is presented? Total waste of money, honestly wish we had spent money elsewhere. Beach is not nearby, as this is a port town we soon found out. View was nice at recommended bar but other than that AVOID THIS PLACE!!! As stated in previous reviews only decent view is at breakfast which was decent but not comparable to the price.

Worst Property Ever!
It’s the worst property we have ever stayed in our entire life. Very poor location. Apartment was of very poor standard. Sitting room’ window had no curtains at all which is unimaginable in a very hot weather condition. One of the bed room had one curtain missing. On reminding about this we were provided one curtain and one net curtain but on the second day of our stay. Location of the property wasn’t nice either. Breakfast was sub standard. SThere wasn’t anything to write home about. I do not complain normally but writing this with a heavy heart just to warn people of to please not be fooled by the pictures they show on their hotel website. Avoid at any cost

I would like to share v important thing that if you have window phobia please don't book them. No kettle provided. Rooms were fine but apartments for families were cogested looks like haunted house even though structure of the building was very impressive. I like the waiting area. I would love to moan about the lady at reception. So overall it was a flop experience. No views.

This was a last minute booking due to our cruise being cancelled Pros: 1. Very large rooms 2. Very comfortable beds and pillows (the best on our trip) 3. Great air conditioning 4. Perfect for large groups 5. Ourside Naples (also a con..see taxi and therefore costs of transfer $$$) Cons: 1. The breakfast, don't bother, not worth the price, go to the bakery around the corner. 2. Can't get a taxi from the hotel. 3. Self contained apartments have large fridges and kitchens but nothing to cook with or eat off (no plates and cups). 4. One of the receptionists, a woman was a bit short and unhelpful when we tried to arrange a taxi (all other staff were helpful and friendly). 5. Strong odour (lemony) after our room was serviced.

Messed up but a lot of potential with maintenance.
This place was a mess. The walls need repainted badly. Looks like it has been used as a place to party and after party. The walls in the hallway were we were looking like something was spilled on both sides marks all over the walls. Room wasn’t much better. No blankets in room for some reason. The white sofa bed had spills all over the cushions. This had to be the worst example of their rooms.

Most disgusting place I ever stayed at in my life had to leave 2 days earlier and would have left first day but we had tours booked with pick up from that location ..after several attempts to get money back the hotel just says call later no manager on duty !! The place is a scam I’ve tried repeatedly to get this place taken off Expedia hopefully they do it but if not stay away at all costs !!!!

The room itself is large, there were 2 of us staying. There is a kitchenette but very little utensils, we could not have cooked a meal, regardless of simplicity. The light and overhead vent, broken, the espresso maker-handle broken rendering it useless when brewing on stove. No supplies for the kitchen were on hand; most places where I've stayed at least have complimentary tea, coffee, or condiments to start you off. There was a bar of soap in the shower left by the previous occupant which makes me wonder how well things are cleaned up when vacated. The sofa bed had one sheet, no pillows or blankets.There was an extra pillow in the bedroom closet but no pillow case. When I asked for extra linen, towels were sent up. I motioned to the bed and extra sheet was brought up but no blanket or pillows. I ended up using the slip cover for the couch as a bed cover and it had seen better days. Won't be staying there again.

The location was great. Close to train station, nice area of town. But not as good as I was thinking. Room was ok but not great, could here people outside. Breakfast area had beautiful view (we could see the sea and having breakfast) however breakfast was not really good and I tried the worse coffee of my life in Italy (which is ironic knowing that Italian coffee is usually delicious) so would not recommend this hotel and don t think I would come again. Disappointed

Was assigned apartment in the Residence. Very spacious but drab. Little windows and poor views. Generally weird. Not well maintained. I was put off by the wood rot in the bathroom and mold on the wall.

Wonderful Place To Stay
If you want to explore this part of Italy in the Bay of Naples then it would be difficult to find a better place in a great location in Torre del Greco. Easy to reach from Naples via either the Trenitalia train service (5 min walk away) or Circumvesuvium Railway (15 mins walk) The area is well served by Bars, Restaurants including an English tthemed bar, The Black Hole. You have to remember that a lot of places close in the afternoon but open tea time and close late. Some bars don't open til 7 or 8 in the evening. The Harbour area of the Town has excellent restaurants. The Poseidon is excellent for food - has wonderful views from it's restaurant. There are plenty of shops and plenty of ATM's for drawing out money For sun worshippers, there are a number a places along the bay where you can pay for a sunlounger. The nearby Hotel Puntaquattroventi, north of the Poseidon (about 20 mins walk) has two wonderful salt water pools you can pay to experience. Further South there is the Miramar Beach complex (taxi away) that you can also pay to use their facilities. Only issue that we had with the Hotel was the shower head didn't fit in it's housing properly, but after mentioning it we had an instant response and a new one was fitted promptly (superb service)

Hotel room was dirty - hairs everywhere, soap scum in shower, old lids from previous guests’ shower gel etc left in the shower. Also looked nothing like the pictures on expedia. Towels smelt musty and old and bed was made up of two single beds which kept sliding apart making sleeping very difficult. Breakfast was basic (tiny croissants, cereal, watered down juice). Nobody at the front desk seemed to speak very good English either as when we were checking in we were avoided for about 5 mins. The town was nice but we were booked in for 4 nights and left after 1 because it was so awful... Hotel does not give refunds so feel ripped off!

Nice hotel, horrible town
The hotel itself is nice, the rooms are clean and the staff friendly. Don't expect a lie in, the cleaners wake you up nice and early. Breakfast is basic but good. The town is horrible. Dirty, smelly, hot and not one bit welcoming. We really felt out of place. However it's a good base for travelling to Naples, Pompei, Herculaneum and Sorrento by public transport.

If you want a cheap, dirty and hotel in a pretty bad area....this hotel is for you. We booked 4 nights and left after the 1st night. Was suggested by Expedia themselves, clearly they haven’t got a clue. Best thing about this location is their lobby.
