As a VIP Access Hotel, the only perk was staying on the top floor. Unfortunately, they do not have parking. They did not upgrade us to free breakfast, and to top it all off, we had a negative experience with water and shower issues. We had no water for hours, could not flush the toilet or take a shower, and the shower head was broken. We hope these issues are addressed to improve future guest experiences.

Very nice and affordable hotel, with free parking and a good breakfast.
You can take the bus 72 to reach downtown, or drive (and park) to the Fermi station (a 10 min drive) to be on a subway line...

We loved our stay at The Concord Hotel. It is very well located, with lots of restaurants and bars near by. Really close the a metro hub that makes traveling to and free then airport easy.
The staff were very helpful, the room was clean with excellent air conditioning, which was needed in the heatwave!
Breakfast was excellent, good selection available. The yogurt cake was so good, and is made fresh by the chef!
I would recommend this hotel.
