An authentic 3 bedroom Torquay beach house only a short walk to Fishermans Beach and Torquay Town Centre. Located in a tranquil setting with views and direct access to deep creek reserve from the rear of the property.
This holiday house has all the basic requirements for your holiday and takes you back to the unspoilt 'glory days' when Torquay was a small, quiet beach enclave inhabited by surfers, adventurers and fishermen.
Dogs are welcome at this property with the good sized back yard ideal for your four legged friend.
The rear of the property has direct access to Deep Creek Reserve with paths leading through this picturesque reserve to the beach.
This property comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the second with 2 king singles and the other with 2 single beds. Perfect for the whole family.
The lounge has two 3 seater couches, DVD player and TV (not Wifi enabled).
The kitchen is small but functional with a dining table and chairs seating 6.
