Feb. 3, 2019There was a security incident at Orlando airport, and we were made to go through the TSA line twice. Communication was spotty to nonexistent. No protocol in place for emergencies.

"We stayed for 1 night and left early in the morning. Hotel and staff were great. We were upgraded to a suite which was excellent and very much appreciated.
