The only reason we booked this hotel was because of the "deal" they had for long term parking. When we arrived, the hotel was in a horrible area and upon checking in we found that they would not honor the parking rate we were quoted. Expedia was quick to take care of this problem for us, and did refund the difference promptly; however, our "horrible experience" didn't end there. When we got to our room, it was VERY dated, thread bare carpets, old furniture and a questionable bathroom. In fact, I refused to shower the next morning due to the condition of the shower.
When we went to get our shuttle, we found out that the shuttle had been in an accident the night before. The hotel did accommodate us with a taxi to the airport at their cost, which was great. On arrival back to Canada, we called the airport for the return shuttle. They told us it would take maximum 20 - 25 minutes to pick us up. After three phone calls, we were finally picked up 50 minutes later. The driver then informed us that it was good that we called as he was unaware that he was to pick us up!
The shuttle was in very poor condition, not clean, and sounding like it was going to fall apart at any time. We were happy to get back to our vehicle and get home. (Even though we had to shovel through snow banks to get the vehicle out)
I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone... it was an awful experience!!
