Hello Victoria, Im sure you needed help operating the TV, we wished you would have requested for help using it, I sometimes have difficulties operating TVs I'm not used to when I travel, a courtesy call to the host would have solved that problem. The cleaners will not throw away non-perishable items food. Unopened water bottles, can drinks, un opened drinks, eggs are left in the fridge. Since you are staying temporally, if you dont like to use them, other guests are happy to use the food items just in case they want to make a quick breakfast or dinner. Some of our guests really appreciate us for leaving those items for them to use. Emptying the fridge of non-perishable items every time a guest stays on short term is really not practicable. Regarding the cleaning, The apartment goes through a rigorous cleaning and inspection process. thanks for the observation, we will review our cleaning process to make sure nothing is missed. We have blinds and sometimes the guest take them down. We will make an effort the show future guest if they need them. We encourage guest to communicate their concerns and ask questions immediately they check in so that their concerns can be addressed in order to make their stay a memorable one. You might think a service doesnt exist but its actualy there. We hada guest who stayed 1 week without knowing Wifi was free and available just to realise the wifi name and password was actually on the house rules. Please do communicate your worries. Hi Danielle, Thank you for your feed back, your feed back is very important to us as we use it to improve. I really appreciate you taking the time to tell us what we can improve upon, sometimes, with the busy season, some basic but important details may be over looked. First off because our apartment can take upto 6 people, we charge per the number of guests, the more guests, the more they use the utilities/consumables as oppose to 1 guest. Secondly sorry about the towels, the cleaner might have mistakenly left just 2 towels, the cleaner didn’t know the number of guest, my fault. We usually give more than enough towels , if there were 4 of you, we were suppose to keep at least 5 or 6 towels. Our guest sometimes reach out via the app if they need sometime, sometimes I ask if they need something, I must have missed you. With regards to parking, we thought street parking will be more suitable for you, since it was spacious and you people can jump in and jump out, some guest may really want to park infront of the house, we can arrange that. Also regarding temperatures, we have guests who come and say its cold and the next guest says its hot. Unfortunately guest don’t have access to the thermostat, next time when you visit, let us know the right temp, we will be glad to adjust that. Regarding the bedings, we do clean them after every visit, i'm sorry if you had to wash them. There is a dedicated laundry machine for our guests if they have to wash anything. We will look carefully at your concerns and take it seriously, addressing every one of your concerns, your next visit will certainly be better. Thanks
