The hotel is barely new. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Although its very far and near industrial vicinity it's worth checking in because the place is immaculate. The free breakfast was good and satisfying, too.

Hello Alaa, we noticed that you have given us a low ratting and want to apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, your issue was resolved, and you were accommodated in order to meet your needs which left you with a smile. 1. Connecting rooms are NOT guaranteed however we gave you the closest room together.2. The next day you were moved into connecting rooms once it was available and although it costs more, we kept the same rate for you.3. We got our housekeepers to help you move your belongings.4. We extended breakfast time for you and your family which we do NOT typically do.   Therefore, please update your ratting. Thank you!

We got bed bugs and the hotel gave us no discount. Moved us rooms.

Dear Guest, I came to your room personally to check and we took apart beds and frame , sofa, checked even under the furniture and we did not find any. We did all this exercise in front of you and you saw that nothing was found. Still as a courtesy and safety reason we changed your room and washed free your all the cloths which 4 full of full size of garbage bag. We called the pest control and still could not find any. As a precaution we got this room sprayed. This hotel does not have bed bug which you are trying to claim and we take it very seriously. You showed your bite mark on face which was not the bed bug bite marks and bed bug dont bite on face because it is not their safe place. Your claim is absolutely false. My kind request to you to not put this kind of comments which does not justify. It does not look good on your part.Thanks

On my first night of arrival, I went to take a shower to find the shampoo, conditioner and soap were empty.there was a foul smell in the suite as if windows have never been opened and the chair was stained.

Staff were fantastic; they were professional and polite. Some feedback - the pool was cold (this was a low point for little ones who were shivering after 10mins swimming). The toilet in our room also made a massive noise when refilling (even when it hadn't been flushed) - it was so loud it woke our family of 4 up 3x in the evening. The breakfast was decent, and hotel was clean. We enjoyed our stay, but a warmer pool and different toilet would have made this a 5 star.

The hotel was clean and modern. We liked our room for the spacious size and amenities. However, the swimming pool was FREEZING cold so the kids couldn’t swim. There were no towels available and we had to ask at front desk. Also, the breakfast was horrible. There was no bacon or sausage or eggs. Only premade omelets that were very undesirable. Limited options for other items also, The pool and breakfast was our main reason for choosing this hotel over others! Very disappointing in that aspect…

Average and expensive.
Service at check-in was below average, upon learning we were not part of their loyalty program we were allocated a room among a group booking for a hockey team, who were loud and disruptive until after midnight. The pool temperature is cold for winter also.

Christmas party stay
Have stayed here numerous times and has always been a pleasant and comfortable stay. Spacious and clean rooms with lots of amenities. Location was good for the function we had to attend. Not a whole lot of amenities in walking distance but a short drive. Friendly and efficient check in. will stay again

The staff had serious issues using their system, check in took close to 10 minuets because they didn't know how to take a deposit for damages. In the end I was charged a full rate twice for the same room and this issue was not resolved till I spend over an hour on their service line a week later. The manager and staff were unhelpful and did not care about this suggesting I deal with Expedia if I want my money. In one of the many conversations with them I recorded which I am happy to share they admitted that they took full responsibility for this mistake yet it still cost me over an hour of my time to resolve with no apologize. Additionally we found am earwig in the washroom mat

Unfortunately, Due to people not controlling their children. I made our experience not good. Screaming child cause her father took her phone away at 7am in the morning. Not being attended to at the breakfast and burning bread in the toaster. Screaming during breakfast for not getting what another child wanted. No internet. No internet The Hilton name normally is a pleasant stay. THIS WAS NOT.
