Property is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and excellent! Location is conveniently located close to airport and shuttle is on time and quick ride to airport. Great pillows!

Nice hotel across the street from Pearson airport. It is a good choice for anyone looking for an overnight during a flight change. The room was very clean and spacious. The room service was efficient and the burger was actually very good. The hotel staff was pleasant and the shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. There is not much around the area, really only good for an overnight or unless you have a car.

It was a relaxing and convenient way to make a stopover at the Toronto Airport before flying to New York. The hotel offered a free shuttle service. The only thing I did not do and you should do it is to find out where to catch the shuttle at the arrival level of the Toronto Airport which is very big.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others. It was very convenient for a one-night stay in Toronto. The airport is very close, rooms are clean, and the airport shuttle is available every 30 minutes.

The room is laid out nicely with a separate semi-private sitting area.  The room was clean. However, this is a Hilton and we paid a Hilton price and we were very surprized by the bathroom. It has the old dreaded tub.  The water pressure for the tub was great but as soon as you switch to the shower, it is like someone flushed a thousand toilets.  The water limped out of the shower head.  The toilet was so low to the ground we thought it was for a toddler. The main reason we will choose differently next time is the breakfast. The other two chain hotels we frequent offer a complimentary breakfast buffet with coffee and juice.  Here at the Hilton we went to the lobby and found the breakfast buffet.  We grabbed a plate but then we were informed it cost $33 dollars... each!! We chose this hotel because it is right beside the Park N Fly which is very, very handy indeed. However, I would recommend choosing another hotel  close by which  has a modern walk-in-shower with water pressure and who will give you breakfast.  It is a no brainer for us.

Only here one night. This was a stopover at the airport so we really didn’t get to see much of the hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Despite there being a few young sports teams on the floor, the hotel was quiet. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

No complaints, comfortable, convenient, good staff. Only issue was squeezing onto the airport shuttle bus at 6:30am. Maybe the hotel could look into assessing when people needed the transport.

Overall, hotel is fine if you need to stay near airport. Room was clean and nice; staff was friendly and helpful. Only strange thing was I checked in online via app and selected my room but when I got to hotel they assigned me a different room. Not sure what happened.

On line dining was really bad experience… disconnect between phone and online service however, and the ANN housekeeping attendant was incredible as was the Food And Beverage Manager on duty that day who comped, after moldy bread was the last straw

Definitely overrated property. Not a ‘4 star’ hotel by any stretch of the imagination. Everything seemed okay until we got to our room. Downhill from there.. don’t recommend unless they slash price in half.
