The space
The main floor consists of a half bath, laundry room, kitchen, and living room equipped with a SmartTV. The upper floor has 4 bedrooms, each with a Queen Sized Bed, with 1 master bath and 1 shared bath. You can relax in the basement as well with a spacious sectional sofa and Smart TV, with a bedroom and en-suite bath. The backyard has a hot tub and swim spa (active May through October), which may only be used after electronic liability waiver is reviewed, filled, signed and submitted. A spacious patio and a BBQ grill available Spring through Fall. Parking is free and up to 4 cars can be accommodated on the driveway. No guest access is permitted to the garage unless authorized.
