**Booking as two people or less, by default we will be only opening the master bedroom on the 2nd floor. The rest of the rooms are not accessible.
**Booking as 3 or 4 people, you will have access to the master bedroom(#1), bedroom(#2), and bathroom#2 on the 2nd floor. The rest of the rooms are not accessible.
**Booking as 5 or 6 people, all 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms will be ready and available for guests.

Smoking of any kind, as well as the use of drugs, is strictly prohibited on the premises, both inside the house and outside, including the garage, backyard, and driveway. Any indications of violations will result in charge of $300CAD. **PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR AIRBNB HOME IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO KEEP OUR NON-SMOKING RULE. THNAK YOU.**
— For your visitors during your stays, there is an extra charge of $50/person/night, bed and beddings will be provided. ONLY confirmed visitors will be hosted.
— Cleaning products, a vacuum, mop with bucket, and garbage bags are stored in the mirrored closet on the first floor, opposite the garage door.
— The First Aid Kit is also located inside the mirrored closet on the first floor.
— For long-term guests (28 days or longer), cooking, laundry, and toiletry supplies are provided for your first week only.
-- Long-term guests are responsible for WEEKLY garbage collection from all rooms (washroom, living room, kitchen, and bedrooms) and should deposit them into the three separate bins provided inside the garage.
— Guests are not to bring any furniture into their rooms without permission from hosts.
