The property was nice, but there were a group of teenagers that I had to call the office 3 times to stop the noise, there were at least 10 kids in room, was disappointed . We had little kids in our room and an early flight.
Didn’t like the fact that breakfast was not included. I also have a free night with Marriott, and for some reason this Marriott would not let me use it.
This is a very comfortable and quiet hotel very close to the airport with a free shuttle. the bistro has nice food but I wish that it was open longer. when you arrive later you will have to walk over to the arizona restaurant to get any food. The staff at check in are very friendly. The beds are cozy and comfortable.
Prompt tranfer to the airport and the facility/room met all our needs. We will be back.

When we arrived…the first contact involved charging us for parking. This was not clearly set out in the agreement. Another gentleman refused to pay it and was very vocal about how upset he was. This should have been outlined in the booking charges! Not impressed!

clean, quiet hotel. Bistro food is good. Staff on front desk very nice. close to airport. shuttle quick and driver very nice.

Great location, comfortable beds, clean washroom.
The carpet around the chair needs a vacuuming badly. We dropped a pair of socks behind the chair and retrieved them covered in a layer of dust and dirt. Thanks.

Nice comfortable property but had to pay an additional $25 to park our car. The parking fee was not mentioned during booking process.
Very disappointed that they only service rooms every second day …..I used to think Courtyard Marriott was #1 in service and found this to be very beneath the standards and expectations of the quality and value they represent.Maybe awhile before I stay again and even thinking about changing hotel brands .

Thank you for the feedback: The hotel does does service rooms on the second day but as noted at check in we will certainly assist with any amenities that are needed or any supplies or garbage removal. Just contact the desk and a team member will assist you with your needs.
Park n' Fly entrance across the road. There is a walkable gap between the Park n' Fly entrance gate and building. Our room appeared to be newly renovated. A flight delay resulted in hotel arrival after 3 AM. Reception gave us a 2 PM late departure that we greatly appreciated. I will use this hotel again.
