The location was good, felt safe with security always in the lobby. The check in process can be a bit confusing. Parking was the hardest part, you have to park on the street first so you can get the key for the garage, but there’s not really anywhere to park, it was hard to find our designated parking space once we entered the garage. The wifi wasn’t working, I asked for an early check in but it got turned down while we were on our way there so we had to change the plans a bit. The location was good, we were going to a Jays game and it was a quick walk.

The host were very confusing with instructions upon arrival and the situation with the key that you needed to obtain to even get in the parking garage or elavator. This property was missing soaps and hand towels as well as the amount of beds it said it had. We requested for more and they brought us the wrong thing on the last day of our trip. It was also very very dirty behind the pull and the couch itself has stains on it and hair and bugs under it. I would honestly not recomend!

Definitely not worth the money paid. Washing machine didn't work. Full lack of utensils. Half the lights in the place didn't work. Towel hangers are barely still in the wall. Drain in the sink barely works. I would not stay here again, especially for the price. Otherwise it's fine but much better off in a real hotel.

Great and beautiful apartment. I stood there with my 3 month old, 10year old, and fiance. Very clean and stable but I did ask for early check in and someone said they’d get back to me and I was waiting around in the area with my baby which I didn’t like. The instructions were clear but for anyone staying there make sure you go straight to the apartment for the fog before you park. I would still stay here again if needed.

Our stay at this place was absolutely dreadful. The check-in process was a complete nightmare, lasting over an hour. The keys were nowhere to be found initially, and even when we located them, the garage fob failed to open the gate for underground parking, forcing us to wait for someone to exit before we could enter. To add to the frustration, upon finally entering the apartment complex, we discovered someone else occupying our designated parking spot, leading to a lengthy ordeal to secure an alternative space. Upon entering the apartment itself, our discomfort only grew. Shockingly, we found a camera concealed within the premises. Despite management's claim that it was a noise device, our investigation confirmed it to be a camera, as we identified its model on Amazon and gathered substantial video and photographic evidence. Moreover, the apartment was in a deplorable state, with dirtiness abound and unchanged bed linens emitting a foul odor, compounded by the presence of long hair strewn about. Given these appalling circumstances, I strongly advise against considering this accommodation altogether. The experience was marred not only by the inadequate facilities but also by the incompetence of the management company. It's imperative to steer clear of this establishment at all costs.

FRAUDULENT! CHANGED BOOKING and then gaslights their customers!! - provided a rental that was not what I had agreed to. Called me a liar and told me that it was what I booked (despite proof of what I originally booked). - area was dirty, crumbs all over, cupboards and fridge had half eaten food inside. - beds were uncomfortable, air conditioning was broken, unbearable sweaty sleep. - Expedia would not help despite my initial expectation that Expedia would protect its customers. - odd check in process, didn’t provide me with information about room and keys until exactly check in time, after hours of asking via messages as we travelled all day. - Door was left unlocked for me to enter initially despite public access to the room. - extremely hard to communicate with. Goes between Expedia and other communication app making it very difficult to get straight answers. - SHOULD HAVE WENT WITH MY GUT!! If I save one person from spending money here I will have succeeded. My family and I travel frequently and have never had such reckless and irresponsible hosts, DO NOT BOOK HERE! ** picture evidence and text evidence of rude conduct.

Well first off they gave me my second parkong soot an hour after we arrived so we had to drice around the block missing our dinner reservation. The parking is a nightmare. The windows were so dirtymy 5 year old daughter insited in cleaning them so she could look out the window. The cloth was black. No toilet seat in the bathroom. And they changed our location after booking adding 15 mins to our walk to ripleys (with a toddler a baby and a disabled senior) really disapointed expeida would allow such a place on their website. Im afraid to book through here now

BAIT AND SWITCH FRAUD! We rented a property with a fantastic city view. On day of rental, they tried to send us to a different building with a view of a school. We complained, and they sent us to another property with a view of Lake Ontario, not the city. NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR. We were told that shared amenities (indoor pool) were not available at this time and that they would charge us a damage deposit if we contacted the building security or concierge at all (at either property). Again, NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR. Feels like they are renting out apartments illegally on the sly. We asked to be sent to the city view apartment we rented, or to be given a discount. They did neither. BE CAREFUL, THESE PEOPLE APPEAR TO BE OPERATING ILLEGALLY.

Very few of the light switches worked, many seemed to do nothing. One of the guests is an electrician and found multiple electrical hazards. Property was not that clean. Condo was quite nice though, view was incredible and plenty of sleeping options

Fortunately, I made this reservation through Expedia as the stay is guaranteed or else, my business partner would have been left without any place to stay upon arrival in a fully booked up night in Toronto, despite I confirmed the day before that everything is OK with the renter. Upon arrival at the site, I had no clear indication for unit number. I had to contact the renter to learn there was no place for us to stay. It was a very stressful situation that had to be solved by Expedia after many phone calls. The condo was not very clean, there was mold surrounding bathtub and several stains on the bedroom carpet, some looked like blood stains.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: As mentioned by previous guests, we had ALL of the hiccups experienced. From a broken pipe to fire alarm, to A/C not working (and the apartment being an inferno all day and night). I gave the property management company until Monday - March 11th to give me back my security deposit I still have not gotten it. Expedia should really remove these guys from their website before they do some serious reputational damage. I will be reaching out the the Better Business Bureau today to report the scam/misinformation as well as expedia to try and get my security deposit back that they are withholding for no reason. If you are unlucky enough to book this place (I couldn't see the reviews until I booked), take pictures when you show up of EVERYTHING and again when you are getting ready to leave. Renter beware - they ask for a picture of your drivers license and credit card prior to confirming your booking as well.

Its a beautiful spot, but getting the keys wasnt clearly communicated, the showers didnt work properly, and it didnt seem as though it was cleaned well. Just a few minor details and I'd rate it higher next time

Cannot believe this place is listed as an option on Expedia. Dirty unsafe light fixtures hanging over table. Lowest quality bedding. Not a welcoming spot. Cons: Many things were broken in the rental like the sink handle, missing knot on the stove. Check in is at 5 which is pretty late ans you have to cary your luggage all day or pay a pricey fee. No access to the amenties for short term guests was a bummer, has it was the reason we booked here (it’s even advertised on the rental page as available). It was very hot inside (26degres) and one blanket was pretty smelly, didn’t look like the place was well cleaned after the previous guests. Pros: Well located, walkable distance from alot of activities, nice view from the 27th, more space than we thought, building/lobby is nice and clean.

For the price of the stay it worked but a few of the amenities they stayed they had were lacking. They have a pool but we weren’t allowed to access it because it was “managed by the property” so we have very disappointed children. Also, one of the best smelled like mold, and there was also exposed electric wiring. Also make sure to bring your own toilet paper and paper towel. On a good note the view was spectacular and they communication from the staff was quick and helpful.

Water on the floor - Broken windows that do not close. When mentioned - they were "aware" and working on the issue. Windows were very dirty with child hand smudges all over. Closet door almost falling off. Food left in the fridge and freezer.
