"There were tiny ants in the bathroom And when I told Them they didn’t even care or offer a discount or anything and said I would Have to take it up with corporate. If I didn’t get such a great deal I probably would have asked for a new room "

"The room location was great, the room itself needed to be cleaned, deeply cleaned. There were dried fruit cereal pieces around the window, hair in the tub, the floor near the bed closest to the window was tacky, not quite sticky but almost, the head boards to the beds had both hand prints and white splatters, it was clear they don't get wiped down. The bathroom shower had a constant leak that would hit the tub spout and make a service bell kind of ringing noise so we kept two hand towels over it, the toilet handle likes to get stuck and make the toilet run. The elevator certificate is out of date, it DESPERATELY needs servicing!!! It malfunctioned twiced. The emergency alarm came on, the brakes made a screeching noise and it landed so hard it hurt my legs and spine, the second time was the same but my spouse was with me and we both looked at each other and decided to switch hotels. The continental breakfast is okay, I have food allergies with the worst being wheat (not gluten) and so do my kids (it's genetic) so it was very limited for options but there was yogurt, eggs, fruit and a protein option each day. Hotel staff for check in, check out were very friendly and helpful."
