The person at the front desk was not overly accommodating. The hard surfaces on the hotel room floor were sticky and dirty. Never again will I stay at this property. »

« For the type of hotel, things are a bit run down and not in great shape. There are rips in the carpet and the furniture upholstery. The regular staff were fine, however the managerial staff were rude and condescending. Be aware, there’s no parking, you’d have to pay $40 a day for valet. »

But the biggest issue, albeit a minor one, is that there is a step lid garbage can near the coffee that is broken. So you have to touch it with your hands to open it, and it was overflowing every single day we were there. Empty the trash people! And replace that garbage can. »

« Windows have plastic mini blinds and do not keep the bright outside lights from disturbing sleep. The elevator does not work and I was given a room on the 4th floor, even though I reserved a handicap accessible room. After the 3rd day of complaining, I was moved to a handicap room on the first floor. The bed was so low to the ground (about 10 inches) there’s no way someone with limited mobility would be able to ambulate from bed to wheelchair or walker. Also, shower did not work at all.
