Carpet is very dirty. Bathroom needs to be upgraded. Toilet needs to be changed since it did flush all the way. Bed is okay.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. The lady who checked us in acted strange; took her awhile to check us in. She said she was soooo tired, but her eyes were almost totally closed, like she was on something. Morning front desk person was friendly and efficient checking me out. Breakfast was delicious!

No stairs but we should ha e researched. Ac unit was frozen and capet was wet. No towels for shower. Found a few randon bugs ( NOT BED BUGS ) in and around room.

Didn’t even stay but 15 minutes because it was such a dirty, unsafe place. The front desk clerk claimed homelessness was very bad in that specific area and my husband had to use a broken pen to even get into the restroom. Our room’s door and very clearly been kicked or broken in several times before. The door stop on the wall was bashed into the wall. The toilet had old poop splats on the bowl. There was hair on the floor. It looked like the shower mat was a good 20 years old. Our friends were on the floor above us where they said there was very clearly some sort of sex work going on. All of the staff were very obviously drug users. They also were not the least bit friendly or helpful. Both my husband and friend’s husband saw drug deals happen in the parking lot. We have been arguing with the hotel to get our money back since the moment we left. We should not have to pay for a place we didn’t even stay due to the VARIOUS issues. Definitely not family friends, safe, or inviting. Would not recommend to anyone, ever.

Our stay was not the greatest. Ac didn’t work in one of the rooms. Another the tv wouldn’t work, staff was not the friendliest. Pretty dirty, cobwebs everywhere. Knocking on the door several times telling us to check out when we had a two night stay and even told them that. Will not stay there again.

The whole place smelled like cigarettes even though it said no smoking everywhere. The shower was disgusting, I didn't want to use it. There was a holder for a hair dryer but no hair dryer and there was a coffee maker with no coffee pot. When we checked in the person at the front desk was rude and not helpful. Also we were on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. It was a disgusting, terrible experience. I do NOT recommend.

The place was okay, the breakfast was better than many, however, we wouldn't return for the following reason: The manager of the hotel demonstrated blatant discrimination to a young African American man in the breakfast area. She watched him as he was preparing his food, then came away from reception desk, and asked him for his room number. Then she told him he couldn't take his food back to his room, even though a white family had just done this. Not cool.

The check in was awkward, there was a guy that kept calling while I was checking in and it was shared that this guy was a guy that the manager of the property has a restraining order against. The fridge was unplugged and only found out because when we opened it smelled like something died in it. The windows were wide open and the rooms was about 40 degrees.

Manager canceled my room
After calling to confirm the change to my reservation in the morning, when I arrived I found the manager had cancelled my reservation. I then had to pay more for my room. Will not choose this hotel again

Step-by-step
Well, I’m gonna start with this step-by-step. I say that because there’s no freaking elevator and it’s only two stories but that’s something you should be informed about. Also, the fridge didn’t work. The AC was noisy and filters were disgusting but the biggest issue I had was that the comforter and bedspread were, nothing more than a summer blanket with no actual density or weight to it. That’s very offputting when you go to a place to get a good nights sleep,

The rooms seemed clean. The pool area is in need of repair and cleaning. Water sitting around the outside which instantly turned into ice when the temperature dropped. Trees were trimmed and left laying around. Breakfast was ok but not all that great.

Very clean, quiet, great location. Nice friendly staff, excellent complimentary breakfast. Cleanliness, safety and price are the three most important factors in a hotel for me. This one is very affordable, clean and safe. I would definitely stay here again.

The morning staff was absolutely amazing. The guy that checked us in was kind of rude, which was so unneeded after an 8 hour drive with a three year old. The hotel is very dated.

We had an impromptu stay on our drive back home from IN to CO. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. For a discounted hotel, we actually enjoyed our stay! There’s something to be said about how employees treat their customers in a positive and genuine manner - thanks team!

Overall terrible . Would not recommend , the old “lady” named “Jill” ; who is at the front desk, She is beyond incompetent , apparently has no idea how to handle good customer service . She is beyond rude. Hopefully she is able to find a new position that is able to suit her.

It was a great stay friendly staff ! I asked for something and they got it no problems!! The only think was the stink in the room and the food/ trash in the parking lot and looked like puke on the side door to go in ! I will stay here again the pool was great and hot tub was awesome! I stayed 2 nights and each morning was the same breakfast? I didn’t know if they changed it up or not but it was also god !!!
