The hot water took forever to reach our room and then when it did, it wasn't very hot. Ever! I would think the hotel owners would keep up on the maintenance of their rooms. Grout missing between tiles in the bathroom, spray foam still visible above the a/c unit. The bathroom door neither stayed closed or open, just rolled to the middle somewhere.

Comfortable, well-appointed property. Great beds, great shower, quality linens, friendly staff. A winner all around. We will now regularly choose Hilton Garden Inn when we travel.

My reservations were cancelled by expedia and i had to rebook with hotel. None of this was conveyed to me. Also...i still have a charge from expedia for this reservation with no refund posted. Expedia owes me money. Not at all happy with this third party money pit.

The property was new and everything was very clean. Farid at the front desk was very welcoming and made us laugh. It was a very convenient location near stores and food. Quiet room and comfortable beds.

Easy check in. Room was smaller than expected but fine. Comfy beds. Challenging and unintuitive TV operation, even for a hotel. All in all, good and clean and forgettable, just how I like ‘em.

A 5 Star except for the breakfast
This is a very nice hotel. Clean room and comfortable beds. However, the breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Our breakfast was included as part of our booking. They typically charge $18 per person for the breakfast buffet. It's no better, and in this case worse, than the free breakfast at the Hampton Inn, another Hilton linked hotel. The hot food was very salty. Do yourself a favor, grab a breakfast sandwich at McDonalds. Apart from the bad breakfast, our stay was very pleasant.

Nice hotel, easy to get to. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Bar/grill was a little disappointing. Not open during the day so we had to leave to get something to eat because we arrived at 3:00. I went down to the bar/grill in the evening around 7:00 while hubby took son to pool but it was closing early.

Absolutely horrible. The only reason we, and other parents, booked here was because our daughter’s team booked here. After months of reservations, they canceled the entire team’s rooms for another school because they reserved more rooms. The hotel notified our school when we were already several hours on the road headed to the hotel. Our team ended up in an even sketchier hotel. Staff was unfriendly and the room was extremely low budget. Parts were very dated, ripped furniture, hard lumpy mattress, bathroom door didn’t stay shut and there was a 4 inch gap in it, and the tub wasn’t draining properly. The only lighting in the room was small lamps with very low light bulbs. I left a message for the manager to call me several days ago, and of course, haven’t heard back. We will never book here again. If you make a reservation, beware, they can/will cancel on the day of check in.

Cheap for an expensive place
It’s a very nice hotel, it’s in a good area, and the parking lot is well lit so you feel safe outside. My complaint is: for such a nice, expensive hotel the beds are so firm we barely slept and the toilet paper and tissues are cheap and sand paper like.

There was no lighting in the parking lots both nights I stayed here, which felt unsafe. I was not able to get access to WiFi for any of my time here, and my TV stopped working on my first night. I was told someone would come by to fix it but no one came to do so. I do not recommend this facility!

Although we enjoyed our stay and had a great time visiting with family, we were disappointed that there was no security in the parking area. Our vehicle was broken into and stuff was stolen. All we were told was a detective could come view the tapes and may be able to see something but probably not.

The only complaint I have is I booked the room based on breakfast to be included. Not sure where the miscommunication happened but I wasn’t the only one that was under the same assumption as the question was brought up by many in the dining area.
