Comfortable and quiet, conveniently located, close to amenities, the cottage has three bedrooms, one bathroom, lounge room, laundry, north facing patio with BBQ and fully fenced garden . The cottage has easy undercover parking and an internal garage, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with quality appliances. Nice beds, luxury sheets and towels, smart TV, pantry staples. The cottage sleeps up to 6 guests.
Located a few minutes walk from Queens Park, St Vincent’s Hospital, Toowoomba Grammar School, cafes and shops and a 15 minute drive to Gabbinbar Homestead.
