Stayed at the voco in Leicester which was amazing and thought this would be the same unfortunately it was a slight let down as the room wasn't as clean as expected. The leisure facilities were standard not as clean needs updating and just a good clean. The changing rooms were really unbelievable to a point I didn not choose to even change in there had to leave in a wet costume to my room. Staff were friendly.

"Terrible from get go- my travel partner is in a wheelchair and the elevator was broken the entire time we were there. Had to get her a different room in the holiday inn across the street.
