Really Beautiful hotel, quiet even though the streets around are busy. The continental breakfast was included and it was delicious and plentiful, really good quality and service. The service from everyone was excellent. From the reception to the cleaning staff, and restaurant staff. Every downtown attraction is walking distance. We had a nice stay.

Beautiful property with restaurant onsite. Staff was exceptionally accommodating. Good location as next to Botanical Garden and numerous restaurants. We had a wonderful stay.

Gorgeous Boutique
This place is gorgeous. The room was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The parking is valet and super safe.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful design and so comfortable . Heated floors in December were the best thing ever ! Front desk is very nice and helpful. We were impressed with this hotel

El hotel esta hermoso, increíblemente decorado, esta construido de adobe para conservar el calor dentro de la propiedad, las habitaciones tienen chimenea, perfecto para usarse en invierno. Esta ubicado en el primer cuadro de la ciudad muy cerca del palacio de gobierno y la catedral de Toluca, es un lugar muy seguro para caminar. El personal es muy servicial y amable.

El hotel es muy bonito, pero definitivamente no es un hotel familiar. Los pasillos en la PB son muy reducidos y es complicado andar con una maleta de 20 kg. La habitación doble es muy elegante, las camas son cómodas y el aire acondicionado ni se nota, el puso con calefacción es genial; pero la distancia entre camas es reducida. El espacio de la regadera esta hecho de vidrio casi transparerente, asi que hay nula privacidad. Si vas con niños, tienes que pagar $800 extra.

Pésimo valet parrking
ninguna queja con el servicio del hotel, pero el Valet Parking tardo una hora en entregarme mi coche, por poco pierdo una cita importante y todavía me cobraron

Un lugar lindo y acogedor con una súper atención de parte de todo el personal. Lo malo es que es estacionamiento te lo cobran aparte.

El hotel esta hermoso, la decoracion excelente, el WiFi no funciona, La chica del front desk no tiene idea de lo que es buen servicio al cliente. Fridge Bar es confusing... que está y que no está incluido?? 8 dlls por una botellita de agua que se presenta como incluida.
