Janet's amazing customer service went above & Beyond to get us checked in quickly and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for an overnight stop on a cross country drive. The Hotel was close to needed amenities ( grocery store, restaurants). Would stay again!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was in poor condition with furniture that should have been thrown away. Breakfast was below average, not much selection, orange juice tasted very weak, worst waffles I’ve ever had anywhere. Room needed to be cleaned. Better, unacceptable. Some things haven’t been cleaned in a very long time.

Nice big clean room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The hot breakfast buffet is great. Friendly staff. Dozens of great restaurants nearby. The heated pool looks nice, we didn't try it.

Great room for the price. We didn't get to breakfast on a Sunday until the very end of the timeframe it was open and it was still fully stocked with all of the options including hot food. Will add this hotel to my list when staying in Maumee!

Served my purpose for the short stay in toledo. Always smells nice as we walk in. The room was nice and clean, the pillows are nice and fluffy. The breakfast is good with a nice variety. Also the breakfast area is nice and clean and well attended to.

Overall great value and a decent stay. There were some problems but I would say none were dealbreakers for staying here. I would stay again. The good: comfy beds, helpful staff, clean enough, well maintained, standard hotel breakfast The bad: definitely dated, the AC rattled like there was no tomorrow, the floors were extremely creeky to the point I felt bad for the people in the room below

Overall, the hotel was a good value for $95. The room had no unpleasant smell, the front desk staff was polite, and the breakfast was tasty. The only downside was dust on the nightstands and the TV stand.

The location is great. The price was a bit cheaper.. I guess we get what we pay for.. Our room had a nasty smell that punched you in the face as soon as you entered! I thought it was a nasty body oder smell and my wife thought it smelled like rotten ramon noodles.. The bed was in the shape of a boat and I only weigh 160lbs.. my wife's back was in serious pain after said bed.. We will have at gave to spend the extra $60 bucks or so next time. Im sure all of these hotels were once nice! It's a shame age ruins everything and they won't use that money to remodel.. Will not stay again.
