Additionally, a 65-inch large-screen LCD TV is installed on each floor, allowing you to enjoy your favourite content.

The first floor is equipped with a washing machine, and each floor has a clothes drying rack. You can hang your laundry on any floor, allowing you to enjoy your stay comfortably without disturbing others. *There are stairs in the rooms. Please contact us in advance if you have a guest who uses a wheelchair.

*As required by law, a security camera is installed at the entrance (outside).

*Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. If smoking is discovered inside the room, a deodorization fee of 30,000 yen will be charged.

* Although this does not apply to our facility, there have been frequent complaints regarding noise and smoking at other facilities. If we receive a complaint from neighbors regarding noise or smoking, we will charge 50,000 yen to cover the cost of our on-site response. Additionally, if the matter is reported to public agencies or regulatory authorities—such as the police, fire department, or public health centre—we will charge 100,000 yen (as subsequent follow-up may require multiple visits).

※If a fire caused by a guest renders the building or room unusable, or if the fire spreads to neighbouring residences, you may be liable for damages. Please note that the host assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any problems, such as fires, caused by guests.

*If you enter the room before the designated check-in time or leave after the designated check-out time without prior permission, you will be charged 1,000 yen for every 10 minutes. We may be able to accommodate such requests, so please be sure to contact us in advance.

*If more guests stay than the number specified in the reservation, we will charge double the accommodation fee. Please note that this charge will be automatically applied if there are signs that extra towels or sheets from the stock have been used.
