The room is 38 square meters. It features two double beds (1.5 m × 2.0 m) and can accommodate up to 5 guests. (A single futon set is provided for the 5th guest)

1: This room is located on the first floor. There are no stairs to climb.
2: The entire room is reserved for you; you will not be sharing the room with anyone else.
3: The room’s amenities are provided for guests, and you are free to use them as you wish.
4: About one week before your stay, we will email you instructions on how to access the room and use the facilities.

In accordance with legal requirements, after booking, you are required to submit personal information—including [photo IDs for all guests]—via the designated form. Please note that you will not be able to stay here if you do not agree to this requirement.

The house is located in a residential neighborhood surrounded by local residents. Please pay special attention to the following points:
● Loud noise is prohibited when entering or exiting the house, and parties in the rooms are prohibited.
● Please remove your shoes before entering the rooms.
● All rooms are non-smoking. In particular, smoking in the restroom is strictly prohibited. Discarding cigarette butts in the restroom is strictly prohibited.
● Please note that the number of guests staying must match the number of guests specified in your reservation. If the number of guests exceeds the reservation or is incorrect, we will charge a penalty of twice the standard rate of 10,000 yen per person.
● Please treat the room’s furnishings and appliances with care. If damage is not caused by malicious use, we will charge you the original price for repairs.
●Thank you for using the bedding. If there are stains that are difficult to clean and cannot be removed, you will be required to pay compensation based on our assessment of the cost.
●Please also note that your right to compensation may be forfeited if necessary. In particular, please be careful not to lose the door lock or keys.
● Please refrain from eating or drinking in bed.
● Please do not dye your hair in the room. In particular, please do not dye your hair in the shower.
● Please be sure to clean kitchen utensils after use.
● Please refrain from allowing visitors or guests other than registered guests to stay overnight.
