Excellent hotel. Service and infrastructure is perfect. Very good location near Kinshicho stations, for both metro and train. It is a Disney Good Neighbor hotel so it has a shuttle to the parks as is reachable via Airport Limousine as well. You can purchase Metro Daily passes directly on the hotel. Buffet breakfast is very good. Rooms with Skytree view are superb. Will return and recommend.

Lovely building, although quite dated in areas. Comfortable for a family of 4. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with any questions we had. So close to Kinshicho station and plenty of shops mere metres away.

Excellent staff! We are very disappointed with the room assigned to us. Upon entering the room , it has has a pungent .. we turned on the air filter .. and the air conditioning but the smell persisted. When I inspected the restroom.. smelled moldy. I immediately got some runny nose… we tried sleeping at night and just go out of the room the whole day and return to the hotel late at night. The stay was disgusting. M

This is my second time staying at Tobu Hotel Levant, in Tokyo. Checking in was pretty fast and efficient, staff spoke some English. I was given one key for a single room. The amenities in the room were minimal. I wish they had a microwave and a coin laundry mat. I didn’t see an ATM machine in the lobby like a few years ago. Overall it was a decent stay, close to the JR station so was convenient to get around.

I enjoyed my stay in Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo. It is a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. They were very accommodating and tried their best to understand me since I don’t speak Japanese at all. Loved that they offer free shuttle service to Disneyland! Worked perfect for my trip. It is walking distance from the bus and rail service. Walking distance from a mall and many food locations! Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel for a Tokyo trip!

Tobu Levant Hotel is close to the Tokyo Metro & local JR line Kinschiko station. They have a pretty good selection for their buffet breakfast. There is a 7 Eleven in front of this hotel, as well as a Lawson Store for medical supply needs. They have helpful staff. The only things I didn't like were their pillows and the bed which were firmer than what I like.

I am going to be as fair as possible with my review, front desk staff was excellent, easy check in, very help full and spoke english, Lobby was clean. Good location, Airport bus shuttle from Narita stops right in front of hotel, the free shuttle to Disney was a big plus. The location was also good, plenty of places to eat, train station is just minutes away and skytree is close by. My disappointment was our room it had a funky smell to it as did the corridor of our floor. Stay away from the 13th floor, carpet had quite a few stains and it looked like it needed vacuuming. I thought by turning on the Ac in the room the smell would go away but it lingered. I finally informed the front desk and they did deep cleaned our room which made it better. My other knock is that our room was facing the railroad tracks of the metro trains And the noise kept me up until the trains stopped running at midnight, Walls were thin. So if you can, ask for a room thats not facing the track if your a light sleeper. But Over all, i would stay here again.

Kinshicho station is convenient to use. You can get to Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Tokyo stations without transferring. The hotel is a block from the station. The hotel has a great breakfast buffet which is included in the price. The rooms are larger than typical Japanese hotels. Would stay again.

We enjoyed the Deluxe Triple on the Levant Floor - what a spectacular view of Skytree! The room was spotless each day and very spacious for Tokyo. All the room amenities you could hope for were present. The reception and door staff were super friendly, helpful and efficient. We would stay here again as location also great.

This is an older hotel, but it has a lot of great things about it. Staff is nice, and it was wonderful that it was a Good Neighbor hotel with Disney (free shuttle) as well as had a shuttle to the airport (for a fee). Rooms are a little dated, but it had everything we needed.

Stayed in a quadruple SkyTree view room with family for 6 nights and highly recommend this. Staff superb, knowledgeable and polite with good English; breakfast plentiful and varied; clean room with many charging points, bottled water, shower accessories, slippers and gowns. The area is convenient for travel - easily accessible from Haneda airport and central areas, and for shops, restaurants, 7/11s etc. If we return to Tokyo I will re-book this hotel without hesitation.

The view from our room was amazing. the Skytree was fully visible. The hotel looks grand but it is very dated. The rooms are clean and well supplied but the fixtures, bathroom, and the carpet are quite dated. the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We did not have any issues other than the rooms being old. It would do great with some updating.

It was a decent hotel. The rooms are pretty outdated, this was the 4th hotel I stayed during my trip and wasn’t too impressed with it. The area is good with shopping centers right next to hotel and food options right in short walking distance. The staff was very kind and helped us make phone calls in Japanese.

We had a very comfortable and wonderful time at Tobu Hotel Levant. Only a five minute walk to Kinshicho Station, along with the hotel being a stop for Airport Limousines to and from Haneda Airport. The surrounding area has several konbini (7-Eleven, Lawson, and Family Mart), Don Quijote, and numerous dining and shopping options. We stayed in a larger twin room with a direct view of Tokyo Skytree, which I would highly recommend. The day and night view of Skytree was always pleasant to observe while relaxing in the room. Even with four suitcases and all the shopping we accumulated in two weeks, we had plenty of space in the room. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of replenishing and cleaning and were very courteous when we crossed paths in the hallway. Front staff was also very kind and accommodating. They assisted us with transportation and held our luggage after checkout as our Airport Limousine reservation was later in the day. The hotel is overall clean, quiet, and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again in the future, thank you.

The pillows were horrible. I think there was something that was making me congested and sneezing although they had an air purifier in the room. Otherwise, it was fine. Beds, okay. Tower view incredible. Beautiful lobby.
