Stayed with a family of four, including two elementary age kids. Not sure what went wrong but we booked the room with the double bunk bed and the double twin beds and somehow we ended up with the single bunk and double twin. Tried to explain but something must have gotten lost in translation. We made due with the smaller room but we definitely could have used the bigger room. Nevertheless, the property itself was fine. Staff was friendly. And had some nice amenities with the free coffee/espresso and morning snack. You can pay a little more for a quick meal too. It's no more than 10 mins from a number of stations on major lines including a big one in Shimbashi Station. The other thing you'll soon find is the area is FULL of business people during the week. From the rush of commuters in during the morning, to people grabbing a drink after work. But because of that, there are plenty of places to eat and drink. The hotel itself also has plenty of business travelers. Overall, a better place for solo or duo travelers, but not a bad place for kids if you temper your expectations and don't mind a typical small Japanese room.

Very clean, comfortable, and of course an amazing shower as expected from the b hotels. My only complaint and this is a personal issue was the walking distance from train stations. Seems like it’s located exactly between Shinbashi and Toranomon stations. Can be a potential pain especially if it’s raining. Other than that, I’ve been very satisfied with my stays at the b hotels. My previous stay back in December ‘23 was at the b Ginza.

The hotel was good and in a reasonable location The only issue I had was that the room air con unit had its temperature centrally set so I couldn't set it to my comfort level

Very convenient location, near train station , 7/11s and coffee shops. We paid extra $80 to este a bigger room to have bigger beds as our daughter is 11. Staff was very friendly on arrival. It is a small room but it does the work for tourists as we are most of the the day out and about

This hotel is perfect for travellers who just need a place to sleep/wash-up and will be out in the city all day. It is clean and quiet. Convienient location and 711 right around the corner. staff were polite and helpful

Location is good and price is great. The hotel is very clean. Free bread and coffee in the am. 7-10 mins easy walk to the train stations. Good if your looking to save on accommodations.

Shimbashi is a central location to get around the best of Tokyo - Kensai line express to both Narita and Haneda. The staff has always been friendly and the rooms are clean and the bathroom/shower is awesome

Great little hotel in Shimbashi. We like how The B does things on a minimalistic level to offer an affordable option while providing what's needed to be comfortable and rest. Air quality in the room is so important and its obvious B is keeping up with routine maintenance to ensure equipment is operating properly. The room size was generous considering other options in the area. Only knock was the walk to/from Shimbashi station at night was mostly drunk businessmen. Walk to Toranomon station was better but no JR service. We are looking forward to trying other B hotels including the new one in Asakusa. Thanks B! Keep up the good work.

5/10. Not bad, not great. Great location. Took 3 days to have dirty glasses changed and tea replenished. Room smelt damp when air conditioner was not working or window not open. Only 1 washing machine for entire hotel, made it difficult to get clothes washed. Staff were friendly, happy with them.
