We asked in advance to hear if luggage could be stored - never got an answer, also tried to call to the number listed as there service number but no answer or response. Easy self checking in and out. No noise from street or neighborhood. The bed is hard. All in all place I can recommend. Nice property with more room than the average hotel. Everything was clean. The bathroom was nice because it had a bath tub and shower. The bed was the old school spring box. It was comfy enough. The bidet was great. It's walking distance to a temple, but far away from everything else. It's located in the historical geisha row and some "bath" houses are still in business. A commute to Harajuku was almost an hr travel time, and Ginza was about 40 min. The closest train station was a 12 min walk. Super quiet and great to have a nice sleep and recuperate for the busy days and lots of walking we did every day.
