worth it for the experience!
capsule hotel was a unique experience! PROS: women's floor felt safe, beds were comfortable, showers were nice, and make up area was cool, plus they had massage chairs! CONS: it was warm - i used my fan in my cubby, and getting in the “top bunk” cubby wasn’t easy to maneuver. staff is really friendly! lobby is small, and there is not space for large suitcases- we shipped our luggage from our previous hotel and just packed an overnight bag (those fit in lockers) and then our bags arrived the next day, that worked out really well. in sort of a non-tourist area but nearby mall has lots of good restaurants and shopping.

the bed is fine for most people not for the super tall the closet where things are kept are barely big enough for a backpack so no small suitcase can fit in those the outlets were enough for 2 phones and the shower was a community one. no actual dinning area as well

Everything was perfect, it was just an inconvenience that no one spoke english, not a bit and it was difficult to understand how keys and locker worked. facility was amazing thou!!

Not good at all
Been traveling to japan many times and always love to stay at the capsule hotels. This is one of the worst one by far. First when I booked online, all the photos look so nice but when you arrive, completely different then what you see online. False advertising, they used another hotels photos which is belong to their hotel groups to get you book them. i was so disappointed when I arrived. Bathroom need a lot of cleaning, if you traveling with luggages or a bag bigger then a gym locker, there is no space for you to store you stuff and too far to the city area, at least 30/40 mins by train. Lastly, I was late for 7 mins and got charged ¥500 for not checked out at 10am. What can I say, not again !!

Clean, cheap, efficient. Capsule hotels are what they are. Designed for business people on overnighters. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing value. The place was a couple of mInutes from the subway restaurants bars ans shops. My only criticism was the lounge area was tiny. But they aren't catering for tourists.

Change is not always Good
I like this hotel but they made some changes that were not for the best. It used to be a capsule hotel only for men but they took the leisure floor and made it into a woman's capsule sleeping area. The leisure room with all the TV's, privacy and relaxing chairs were the highlight of my last visit. Also, the second floor used to have a bar with free fountain drinks and juices and all of that has been taken away. It's still a good hotel but the changes they made were not wise.

Great Bargin
This is the second time I've stayed in a capsule hotel and I'm sold on the idea. This was a great capsule hotel and I will stay here in the future. The capsule itself if obviously small but if you go to the third floor they have great lounge chairs when you can relax, sleep, watch TV, movies or play on your computer. Once I sat down I couldn't get up for the next 5 hours, it was great. On the second floor they have a small but nice bar with free fountain drinks. I loaded up on OJ and coke. The ladies behind the bar are friendly and always smiling which makes a big difference. In the area where you sleep it's very quiet and you never hear anyone say a word. I did have a clumsy oaf that was sleeping in the capsule above me and for some reason you insisted on jumping out of the upper capsule onto the floor. I think the first night it registered on seismometers. That is not the hotels fault though.

It was a really a great place. Spa and Sauna were clean and good. The bar was too small and so are few sitting places. Bathrooms, Spa and Sauna are of opentype, more of Japanese traditional ones it seems, so a caution, if you are shy of and don't want to get naked and enter! Stayed in a big screen capsule and the content was interesting! Overall a very good experience, I recommend it for having some interesting experience.
