Had a great time staying here. The garden is really nice, the breakfast options were tasty and convenient. Saved so much money on breakfast.
The area was nice and quiet. Easy walk to Shin-okubo station. Would stay again.

The staff are great. .. rooms are clean. Breakfast is pointless .. the JY LINE IS ACTUALLY FURTHER than the JB line. And a quick 4min walk up the road beside Lawson's
nice, walkable distance from station, quiet street, basic breakfast included, staff were friendly enough, daily cleaning which was more of an annoyance than anything else as they came into the room every day, but otherwise a good stay. rooms were bigger than expected, and beds comfortable.
I think the property is overpriced for what it offers. There are no room service or food service other than breakfast. Breakfast is very meager. Coffee, juice and croissant but no butter or jam for the croissants
I liked the staff a lot! The room was very spacious. We did ask for a nonsmoking room but the rest room smelled like smoke and the carpets were not perfect. The location is wonderful. Walking distance to a lot of food places and K-Pop stores. Would recommend for the great price too!

Smallish room with reasonable amenities, but convenient enough and value for money.
Just ok. I was in Japan for work, but it was impossible to work in my room since the wifi is terribly weak. My Japanese colleague had a good wifi, but in my section, all the foreigners struggled with the weak wifi. Also the furniture is very old, very small bathroom and the long hair breakfast guy refuses to smile. About the breakfast, it's only cereal fruitloops style, ans small industrial croissant. I survived because of the convenience store across the street.
I hit my nose on the sink while getting out of the bathtub. I think putting a warning sticker in there would be helpful. Other than that, I loved it.
The toilet seat was a bit crooked. My male part had difficulty adjusting to the toilet a bit .
Thank you for the stay.
This was a quieter neighborhood right outside of the bustling Shinjuku. If you don't mind an easy mile walk to Shinjuku or about 2-3 miles to Shibuya it's a great location. The room for one person was good for me. There is a local train stop nearby as well and some local restaurants. Also the Lawsons across the street was nice to run to for snacks at any hour.
Excellent hotel set aside within busy Shin-Ōkubo. 5 minute walk from Shin-Ōkubo station, 8 Minute walk to Ōkubo station and a 10 minute walk into Shinjuku. Friendly staff, quiet and clean. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is minimal, but plenty nearby for all times of the day whatever you prefer (personally went to Doutor Coffee for breakfast).
Excellent accommodation for the price and location
Excellent facilities for the price and extremely accommodating staff. I had no issues throughout my stay and the location makes it perfect to roam around Tokyo. Would definitely stay here on a future trip
I travelled alone and it was the perfect room size with a good price. The staff is very nice and welcoming. There are lots of dining options nearby too and convenience stores.
Hotel is near the JY line and super easy to get around. Front desk staff was kind even though there was a mix up with the rooms. Bathroom was tiny but so is everything in Japan. Definitely worth the price! I would stay at this hotel again next time if I wanted to be nearby this neighborhood again!
This was an unbelievably great place for the price. So convenient to get to, beautiful garden, clean nice room etc. GREAT PRICE! The price was so good that I did not expect much. I will definitely use this place again when I am in west tokyo shinjuku area. Only "so so" part was the simple breakfast.
