Remm HIBIYA is a nice little Hotel in TOKYO near HAYAKUSA train station. Location is perfect lots of good places to eat. Only negative is they do NOT give Free breakfast as advertised. Be aware you have to buy your own breakfast.

Grreat location and helpful staff. Rooms are a bit on the small size, but was still a bit bigger than I was expecting and not unusual for Tokyo. Best part is the location, super convenient to access different parts of the city.

Great location especially if you are looking for a quieter neighborhood where you don’t have to stand in line when you go out to eat or for coffee. The rooms are small but they have everything you need. They are clean and modern. The staff is so so nice and helpful.

We had a great stay at Remm. Check-in and check-out was flawless and the staff was amazing. The property is centrally located with tons of options for food, shopping, entertainment, transportation, etc. Anyone running the Tokyo marathon, the hotel is a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the finish line. Highly recommended.

Overall, the property was nice and in a great location. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was as expected. The heating is over efficient and we did need the ac on at night to try to balance out the heat.
