The room was very conveniently located across from a 7/11 convenient store so that was a huge bonus. It is also within walking distance to the subway. Okay location and good staff.

Wonderful property if you need some extra space to relax and don’t mind being outside of Tokyo, there were a few parts of the property where the amenities or fixtures could use repair or updating, but otherwise it was very clean and easy to access and there are multiple train stations nearby. Would definitely stay here again on future trips!

This was a convenient and reasonably priced location for hosting my larger, mixed-friends group (5 people) for our two week stay. We had a room with four single Western style beds and a tatami mat room with several futon. The 7/11 across the street and closeness to several bus routes and the Chiyoda line made sightseeing all around the city (especially Northern Tokyo) very accessible. While no breakfast is included, the Denny's above Machiya station set half my group up well for the start of each day, while the kitchennette was also useful for the other half of my group. Towels and trash were replaced daily if left outside the door before 10AM; no other cleaning is offered during the stay. It would have been better if guests might be able to borrow some cleaning products or tools (e.g. broom, vacuum, all purpose cleaner) to utilize during stays longer than a couple of days, however the 7/11 is also right there. For the price and convenience, would absolutely recommend and stay again on future trips with friends or family. Thank you Randor staff!

We loved our stay at Randor Residence! It was very convenient for our family of five. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train station, convenience stores, laundry facilities, and a great selection of restaurants. Everything we needed was close by, making our stay comfortable and stress-free.

There are definitely some things that are clearly signs of wear and tear but I attribute that mostly to the guests more than the host themselves. Besides that, the staff was curtious and polite to my family which is the most important thing to me. The property has plenty of walk ability to food and access to 7 eleven right across the street. I would like to see them upgrade to a washer/dryer single unit but the washer was handy for our long stay. I would definitely stay here again. My rating is based on what I paid in contrast to what was received.

We had a nice short stay at this hotel. Whilst the rooms could definitely be upgraded with some stains and holes in the wall, it was sufficient for what we needed in terms of size and location. Only real issues we had were working the air con system, the loud hoovering outside our door for a couple of hours and lack of luggage transfer.

The apartment had minor asethical damage & the unit lacks a dryer. However! The location & convenience cannot be overstated. Of the 3 places i stayed in tokyo over the 2 weeks. It was unequivocally the best. 5 minute walk to a station, quiet location which feels like you're in the heart of the city & much easier to navigate to & around then anywhere else I stayed. Loved it & missed it at every other hotel i stayed

The location is very strategic.. situated in between 2 stations within less then 500m away. The 7e and self laundry is just across the street… not to forget the plenty of paid parking spaces around the property…Our 2nd stay here and definitely will come and stay again..

It was a great stay at Randor Suites. The bathroom has an automatic filling soaking tub and shower. The room was large and easily accommodated the three adults. The kitchen was small, but usable. The washing machine works, but need to hang dry the clothes. Overall, a good place to stay and for the reasonable price.
