I felt very safe traveling alone with my son. I felt very safe with restrooms down the hall and showers on the first floor. We brought a charger with multiple ports as there was only one outlet. Since It was an emergency, I had no other choice. First week was okay, I think I had quite the enjoyable stay, with the exception of the bathroom and the shower. Shower is extremely dirty, and honestly you should get your own bath towel since they charge for it. You should be well prepared and have your own stuff ready unless you wanna pay for it. This is also, the worst place to get sick, especially in the winter. Have an extra set of clothes ready, and a blanket. Other than that, I think you should be fine. Oh, but if you're carrying a heavy and/or big luggage, They only have stairs here, and it's pretty narrow to climb up with it, so be very careful. I think this place otherwise, is a very good place to stay for a short period of time, like 3 to 5 days. However, for the amount that we paid for this "hotel", it was definitely a huge rip off. To start off, the thumbnail is misleading/non-existent at this point. The lobby area is blocked off and guests cannot use this area. Secondly, the rooms are really small, and arguably worse than even some capsule hotels despite the price they charge; we booked for a room meant for three, but the room was so narrow that luggage cannot be opened, the walkway becomes blocked and it feels unfair that they charge a room for three people for a room that clearly is meant to fit one person as a capsule room. This is even made more evident in that the room only has a single electric outlet for guests to use. Internet is also unreliable, and the description forgets to mention that washrooms are communal and is never mentioned on their expedia posting. They also did not mention that their laundry amenities is not free. Finally, some of their amenities do not work. For example our refrigerator was not working, as well as our thermostat. The bathrooms definitely need a proper clean or renovation, it is an odd setup with toilets on floor 1 and 2 and the showers only on the ground floor.
