The staff was lovely and the room was small but nice. Perfect for a solo traveler. Excellent if you have to catch a train at Shinjuku Station, which is one stop away. Okudo is quite international, and you can find plenty of Korean and Vietnamese business nearby. All staffs I met have been friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. However, I have taken one star off as the front door isn't locked, meaning anyone could walk straight into the corridor if the reception isn't staffed. The air/sound insulation isn't great either, some guest chain-smoking outside hotboxed the whole building, triggered my nose allergy for the rest of the trip, and you could definitely use their free earplugs at night to block off train noise.
