Just 2 minutes walk. There is a few steps before entering the hotel. It is so inconvenient for travellers. The room is messy. The carpet is really dirty. No matter how many days you stay, there is NO cleaning service during the stay. You have to buy your own rubbish bag and throw away by yourself. No towel will be changed. You have to buy toilet paper and face tissue by yourself when they used up.
