It was way too expensive. I booked it at the rate of $160 per night, but I was charged close to $700. They were anxious for me to pay before check in, only one person could speak English. Couldn’t even accommodate to call a taxi to a cruise terminal. Cramped room. It was a nightmare of a stay for me. I will never recommend this to anyone.

We loved our stay. The room was small but manageable. The spa was fantastic. Our first time in Tokyo and this added further to a memorable introduction to Japan. We will definitely stay again.

Easily one of the best hotels I've stayed in Tokyo. Service was exceptional from the check-in. Room was very clean and love the daylight and view through my room window.

The property was very nice, however they need to replace their bed and pillows. It’s very uncomfortable to sleep in compared to other Japan hotel we’ve stayed so far.

Extremely disappointed. Small and crowded onsen
Very disappointed in this property, especially because it had such stellar reviews. The room was very small, extremely cramped for two people. Might’ve been fine for a solo traveler. Can’t really leave a review of the onsen because it was always so busy that we didn’t get to use it whatsoever. It also would’ve been really nice to know about the tattoo policy ahead of time, although the onsens were not staffed, so there were people with tattoos using them I’m sure. The staff was friendly, and the area was close to a subway line. Overall, I would definitely not stay here again. For the amount of money I spent I would’ve hoped to be able to use the amenities and have a little more space also the beds and pillows were extremely hard, but that seems to be the case most places in Tokyo.

Comfortable, clean, peaceful, and secure hotel on the quieter side of Ginza, yet still in easy access of public transportation and points of interest like Tsujiki Market and Kabukiza. The staff are very polite, the facilities have just about all one would need (the free washing machines and coin dryers are very handy, for example), and the breakfast is delicious. Unfortunately I couldn't use the shared onsen due to my prominent tattoos (I fully expected this in Japan though), though it was certainly popular with the other guests and the changing rooms looked very clean when I accessed them for the washing machines. All in all, Dormy Inn is a fantastic hotel for the price.

The staff here is too nice to be true! They are kind, helpful and extremely polite. The room is so clean and cozy that I didn't want to leave... The hotel has everything that one needs to decompress, even thermal baths in the basement. They are also close to everything, public transportation, bars, restaurants, shopping malls. It's a perfect place and we will be returning in May next year!

Mostly really clean. Only toilet had bad smell everytime it flushed. Also, staff should monitor the onsen area more. Many rules were broken like slippers on the no-slippers area and requiring guests to be clean before soaking. Most staff was nice. Front desk receptionists all very nice and willing to help in english too. However the breakfast guard was not having it and did not allow us to have breakfast despite presenting room key to her. Had to clear it up with front desk for next day. Breakfast is quite good, light and tasty. Staff was also generous enough to allow for luggage holding after check out. Room cleaning was consistent and great. Room is definitely small but 2 midsize luggages worked out. Yes, would stay again if some things mentioned above were fixed. Thank

The hotel is new and clean. The standard double room is small but still manage to open the suitcase. The mattress is a bit hard. The price is good comparatively to other hotels nearby. It’s a good deal overall.
