The staff were very helpful, the hotel is clean and very nice. Having a 24/7 convenience store with an atm was very convenient.

My friend and I stayed here and we thought the hotel was ok - not amazing but not bad either. Our only critique is that free water (1 bottle per person) was given to us only on the first day when we checked-in but they did not give us anymore after that, even when we asked. Would have been nice if they provided at least 1 complimentary water per day. The room was also kind of small but that was expected. Clean and quiet, staff were helpful and friendly. We also liked that it was only a 5 minute walk from Ryogoku Station and right by the Sumo Museum.

The hotel was very nice, the staff were extremely helpful. The onset that they had was incredible. It is a must try at the hotel, but the only reason why I rate it 4 out of 5 is because I want able to use the sky pool. They only open it during a swimming season. This is June-sept. Though you can still go to look at it only and the sky view. Don’t get me wrong, the sky view is amazing, but the pool was a bummer. Traveling was very easy, the hotel is right by 2 train stations! Overall, A great place to stay in Tokyo, and I will be returning!!

Perfect, has everything you ask for in a hotel. Walking distance to station, Lawson in building, restaurant, pool, ONSEN as amenity, friendly staff. Courtesy beverage on arrival. Fast check in and check out. This hotel made me think APA is best hotel line in Japan.

Maybe because we went during peak season but we found it very inconvenient that there was only 6 small elevators for this very tall hotel. It would sometimes take more than 15 minutes of waiting for a elevator to take me downstairs. You also cannot take the stairs since those are reserved for emergency. The room also smelled a bit bad (moldy?), but they did provide odour-eliminating sprays. The area overall is very quiet and convenient: close to the Ryogoku train station, and next to a park.

This was a great place to stay as the train station was a 5 minute walk. The convenience store located in the building was a huge bonus for snacks and meals around the hours that places were not open. Very clean. The elevator was often busy so that was one downside. Long waiting periods. Lots of restaurants in the area to eat at.

Tiny rooms are to be expected, but loved having a grocery/ convenience store downstairs with reasonably priced items (food, trinkets, snacks). Room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, found someone else's hair in the bathroom, but otherwise good. The rooms aren't meant for more than two people for sure, but we didn't hang out in our rooms much, and were mostly using them as crash pads. The area and hotel felt very safe and could walk to some good restaurants for sushi and sashimi, and to cafes like Beck's Coffee. Nothing opens early but Beck's opens at 7 am. This hotel is very close, about a three minute walk, from the Ryōgoku Station. Super easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend this place.

The property was very clean and everybody from other people attending and the staff were all super kind. Good good but sadly when I went at the start of may the pool wasn’t open. Everything else great though

Great property with an amazing staff. The bathroom shower wasn't clean properly during the last two days of our stay and the dinner buffet was lackluster. Overall, the hotel covered our basic needs but probably would stay elsewhere in the future.

TINY rooms! Money making owners build hotel to have more rooms at the expense of space. Barely room to swing a cat. Bathroom is claustrophobically small too. No facilities in room, tea/coffee/kettle etc

An affordable price. Close proximity to Ryougoku station which is both a JR and metro stop. Good options for eating all around station. Next to a museum (when it finishes renovations) and Ryougoku stadium. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Lawson inside hotel which I believe is 24 hours. Has an “onsen” on site. Only real qualm is the elevators. There will be a wait during busy periods.

We got the high floor room and it’s the best decision with a little extra money. Bonus is we have Lawson convenience store open 24hrs in the 2nd floor of the hotel. Hotel is very clean and bed is comfortable. 5mins walk to train. Not far from most of the tourist attractions
