Great trip in the poconos
Very nice house with everything we needed. Hosts were very communicative and responsive to all of our questions. There were deer that would come up to the backyard and we were able to feed them (deer food) from their hands. That was a very cool experience for our kids.

Great for families!
Our multi generational family had a great time. The house was comfortable and bedrooms were on multiple levels of the home. The kids loved the game room. The house was clean and well maintained. Tina kept in touch and responded to any questions we had. The fire pit and hot tub were enjoyed by all, and the kayaks were lots of fun too! The sheets were really nice for a vacation property and the downstairs fridge was very convenient. You will enjoy your time here!

We found a Keeper.
We have a family group of 13 with ages ranging from 1 to 78. The house easily accommodated our family. There was even a crib for the baby! There were varied activities available that appealed to all ages and two large screen TV areas which accomodated our couch potato. Our teens found plenty to do without having to leave the property even though other amenities were easily accessible. The hot tub was a hit with them, too. They used it several times. When we arrived there were two small problems with the house but Tina was very responsive and made the necessary corrections in a timely manner. The house was fresh smelling and clean, providing a welcome respite after our 2 1/2 drive. If we take a repeat family trip to the Poconos, we will use this property if available.

Lake front property
Overall very positive experience….hosts were helpful and gracious. Home was clean and well cared for. Kids loved the hot tub and outdoor space. Beach and deck area in front of house was fun…we had hoped that the kids would be able to swim right there by the house….but water was too shallow there…..but pool was fun and there is a swimming beach near the pool. Great property for a family getaway!!

Great for 14 adults
My friends and I spent a very nice weekend, the house is great, we were 14 plus a baby and we had plenty of space, the table was big enough for all of us which an important criteria when we book a house. The outdoor space is relaxing and cozy and the community has a lot of activities. Tina and Boris were responsive and very helpful. It was a great place to stay.

Pocono Lake house
Pros: - [ ] Owners were extremely attentive and repaired/replaced things within 24 hours. - [ ] House could comfortably sleep 12-14 people. - [ ] House was within walking distance of the beach and pool. - [ ] Kayaks at the house were excellent with easy access to the water. - [ ] Fire pit was good, and the owner even supplied some wood. Cons: - [ ] Living room on main floor is small. We were 7 adults and 5 children. There is a nice area downstairs for teens but with 5 kids 8 years of age and under the upstairs got crowded. - [ ] In the photos the area by the dock looks like sand. It is hard rock and stones. We were hoping to be able to have the little ones play in the sand by the water - not possible. - [ ] There are only 5 beach/pool passes. Additional ones can be purchased for $12 per day per person. - [ ] Pool did not open until 11am. There was a limited number of people allowed at any one time. There were occasions when we were denied entry because it was full. - [ ] Beach did not open until 11:30am though the kids were able to play in the sand before then. However, the pedal boats were not accessible until 11:30. - [ ] Area by the beach for swimming is very small. - [ ] The house is air conditioned by wall units which were a bit noisy. Overall, we had a fun family vacation.

Relaxing lake vacation
This was our first vacation on a lake and it was wonderful! The lake was so relaxing, we went out in the kayaks every day and had a fire in the fire pit every night. Our entire family had a great time.

Host communication was excellent - responded within minutes to email and text messages. Place was very clean, house smelled fresh and we actually used the linens (which I'll be honest I hadn't planned on using because it normally skeeves me out, but these were definitely freshly washed). Location was decent, just as listed in the details. We had 3 families - including 7 children and it was comfortable. Overall an excellent stay, highly recommend.
