2/10 Terrible

"There was mold in the bathroom and on the ceiling, the lamps were rusted,, AC didn't cool the room below 73 even though it was set to 60. Shower was rusty, unclean, no bodywash and only 2 towels . There were a lot of sketchy people a few doors down from our room. A homeless man came into the lobby for breakfast. Only way to get ice was to go into the lobby then go upstairs, I was in the very back of the property in a totally different building. Their breakfast was toated items, mini muffins, hard boiled eggs, hot and cold cereal. Not the buffet they tried saying was included. Overall this has been the worst La Quinta I have ever stayed in. Will never return to this place."

"I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that had clearly not been cleaned. There were towels left on the floor, the bed had not been made, and the room appeared to be still occupied or recently used. I returned to the front desk and explained the situation. The staff was friendly, understanding, and promptly provided me with keys to another room . Unfortunately, the second room was similar condition and was also not properly cleaned. In addition, there was a very strong smell of marijuana throughout the property, which made the environment even less comfortable. Given these issues, I decided no to stay at the hotel and left shortly afterward. I have called Expedia and received a full refund. I do not recommend this hotel."

"I have stayed at this property about 6 or 7 times over the last 2 years and have never had a problem. This past stay was awful. The unit I stayed in was dirty and issues with the toilets and microwave. When we arrived one of the toilets would not flush and this was after one of us had used it. They resolved that issue and got the toilet working. The floor was filthy and had what appeared to be dirt all over it. We stayed for 5 nights and house keeping did not come one time to clean or give us fresh towels. We had to go to the front desk in order to get fresh towels. On the 3rd day here the toilet in the bedroom clogged. We called several times for someone to come and fox the issue and nobody came. So for the rest of the stay we had a smelly clogged toilet. The stay was awful and I will not be booking a stay here again."
