The staff was amazing, we had so many beautiful options for food and drinks and our rooms were clean. The only problem we had went out the first two that we stayed there We woke up with bug bites on our legs that we eventually had to ask them to change our room, but other than that, everything was amazing.

All of the staff were very friendly. Cleaning lady was the best. She made sure she checked in with us each day. She really treated us like family. The shuttle between the 3 resorts was very convenient. Overall really a great experience.

Our first time staying and everything from checking in and also accommodating us since our flight was early was enjoyable, the staff was super friendly and helpful, I’m already planning coming back!!

The hotel is beautiful and has a privileged view and location, unfortunately the hotel is a little bit run down, service is good as the staff is very friendly but it feels like they are missing more staff and sometimes things take to long to arrive. The only real issue I had was the food, the quality was terrible and taste was subpar. I had to return a ceviche trio because the fish was completely off, dry and smelly. On my last day I had the sopes with cecina and immediately had an upset stomach. Dinner at the star restaurant was far below my expectations also for a “renowned chef menu”
