"The room was clean, the bathroom towels were big. The breakfast was poor. We spent a few days in Port Canaveral and the weather was colder than normal. Doesn’t matter but we wanted to use the pool. We grabbed our towels and went to the pool. It was dirty. Full of leaves and there was a lounge chair in the water. The hot tub was closed as one of the jets was broken. We told the front desk about the condition of the pool and were told it was windy the night before and a lot of leaves got în and maybe the wind blew the lounge chair in. He said we can go next door to the Hyatt and use their pool. And we did. What a difference. It was clean and heated!! Even thought it was a chilly night we spent about an hour or more enjoying the pool. The next day we went to use our pool again. It got cleaned and the chair removed but it was ice cold. We told the front desk and he said. The pool is heated same as the Hyatt. Not at all. We were able to enjoy the pool at Hyatt for 2 hours or so as it was heated. So the stay was ok but I wish I would’ve booked the Hyatt instead. "

"Excellent staff took care of moving us to another room when there was a leaky bathroom ceiling. The only complaint was that a sign says that laundry supplies can be purchased at the hotel but nope. The breakfast area was a terrible mess but the place seemed quite understaffed as well. "

"Pros: close to I95, easy drive to Kennedy Space Center, nice, clean comfy beds and linens, good dorm- style fridge with freezer section, good shower, had bread, bagels, and a toaster. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Cons: carpeting really needed cleaning. Breakfast was really below standards, ( only 2 cereals, both sweetened. For fruit: 4 apples, that’s it. Had DIY waffles, not very good. No pastries. No yogurt, no cut fruit, no bananas.Some of the outlets in the room were non functional. The remote control fid not work. The staff is nice. I hope they can address these issues, so pros outweigh the cons"

"Nice, it was close to Kennedy Space Center. A nice thing would be to list any rocket launches for the week at the front desk. We missed one on the night we stayed and it would of been neat to know about it so we could of observed it."

"This hotel suites our needs perfectly! We spent three days in the area touring the Kennedy Space avenger as well as Merritt Island and Orlando Wetlands for some birding and photography! It was a real treat to see a shuttle launch from the rooftop bar! Staff were amazing, very polite and attentive to all por needs. We enjoyed food and beverage at the bistro which was great! Will definitely return for another visit in this area!!"
