Front desk staff helped me was not so friendly, and did not understand my questions in English and thus not responding to my questions.
Staff helping with my luggage were very aggressive and did not understand English and thus did not follow my requests
Walked into the room which smelled like urine. Front desk manager helped me to change the room.
Walked in to the 2nd room and the room smelled okay. Took that room. Walked into to use the toilet and found urine spots on the toilet seat and it was filthy. Called the front desk. They sent house keeping to do the cleaning. When they left, the water was spilled all over the floor. I was honestly very to use the washroom.
Got into the shower, it was full of old water marks which gave me an impression that the shower was never cleaned after the last guest.
When I called the front desk, all they said is that they are happy to change my room again. As I was very tired at the end of day, I didn't have the confidence that the next room will be any better, or will have other issues. So I decided to stay in the room. If I had the time, I would have moved to another hotel. I didn't sleep at all that night due to very uncomfortable conditions in the room. Manager called me next day only to apologize and promise that they will make my next visit pleasant.This hotel is listed on Expedia as 5 Star. Very upset with Expedia for this miss information. This hotel is worthy of 1 star.
I strongly suggest expedia delist this property.
