Lovely hotel, staff really friendly and enjoyed my stay here. Ideal location for visitor to Tirana. Breakfast doesn't have a huge range but is enough to start your day and they made coffee and eggs for you however you liked and service top notch. Bed is quite low to floor but very comfy. Fridge and safe in room and good clean bathroom with powerful rainfall shower and good temperature. I dont think there would have been a better hotel for my staff, really enjoyed it. Rooftop bar is great, remember cash for that. Very recommended to my friends and family.

First, the hotel staff were the best! They were very communicative and responsive to help me work through a booking issue. They were all friendly and helpful during my stay, as well. The room felt large and comfy for European standards. The location was excellent with access to all popular sites within walking distance. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and money exchanges nearby. The views from their rooftop cafe/bar were amazing. Tirana is just a wonderful city to explore. I hope to return!

Very clean property and room. Reception is good (they speak english) and hotel staff are polite and helpful. Room had two twin beds (as requested) and quite a good size. Larger fridge than usual with an unattached safe. Washroom is quite small, toilet is very close to shower wall. Towels are cotton and not very soft. Shower is good. Mattresses are foam like and not very comfy. Housecleaning is very good. The breakfast is good (coffee and eggs are offered) on demand and the buffet items are fresh with a good variety but are always the same. Issue with the room is the noise level on the street ( very loud at night ). Also, the wifi is not good. Location is good for shopping, restaurants etc… I would not stay there again because of the noise level.

Hotel was in a perfect location within walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The buffet style breakfast with eggs made to order was an excellent option both mornings of our stay. Overall experience was great. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely small hotel, handy for all attractions and for centre. 20-30 mins transfer from airport - booked via hotel for 20 euros. Lovely helpful and friendly staff, decent breakfast as well. Was very impressed and loved Tirana which as a great city break for a few days.

A small well-presented modern hotel close to the centre of town with friendly and helpful staff. It also has a very pleasant roof bar which is open to the public. It is however on the intersection of two very busy streets so there is a lot of traffic noise if you want to open a window.

Had a fabulous stay at the Monarc.Very clean, nice decor, great breakfast, friendly staff. Great roof bar. It was perfectly placed in the centre of town - bars and restaurants no more than 5 min walk away. The price worked for us. It was one of the nicest boutique hotels we have visited in Eastern Europe and we have been to many.

The hotel receptionist was very helpful answering our many questions and was particularly helpful with restaurant suggestions as well as helping us book a day tour to Berat. The breakfast was well done and tasty and restaurant staff was friendly. Great rooftop bar. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

It was our first time in Tirana and we did speak the language well. The staff were very patient with us and very accommodating to us. Bessa in the restaurant was absolutely wonderful and made our stay that much better. We also very much enjoyed the bar on the fourth level was very comfortable with nice views of the city.
