Next to the sandy beach of Stavros and just outside the village of Tinos, we offer exclusive houses and a windmill for short-term vacation rentals. All houses enjoy unique views on the Aegean Sea and nearby islands and feature verandas with outdoor dining and relaxing space and fully equipped kitchens. The property is ideal for families or couples seeking a quiet spot, yet close to the village and the beach.
Newly renovated house by the beach, with a veranda and garden with amazing view on Stavros Bay and the Aegean Islands. Unique location, close to the city center yet very quiet. The house features 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6. It is fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, firdge, freezer and oven, air condition in all rooms, washing machine.

Beautiful location, very clean. Owners very accommodating. Spectacular views - sunsets - wow!
Overall, I would definitely go back. To enhance the stay , however, there are a few things that the owners could do to improve their accommodations - have more comfortable furniture in the living room - some real chairs - upholstered furniture would be so much better than the uncomfortable chairs that are there now. Better and more towels - how about some beach towels too? Should replace towels daily. A music system - a Bose - some electronics - TV? As I said, I would go back but some upgrades to the accommodations would earn Stavros a five star rating.

A nice home in a beautiful spot overlooking the sea.
The property was very neat and clean. The location was a lovely spot overlooking the water and a small beach below. Once we located the trail to the beach we spent almost all of our time there. The house was well equipped with all that we needed to cook a meal and relax. Xenia's communication was excellent and her housekeeper even brought us just-picked tangerines and offered to cook for us on Christmas Day when all the restaurants were closed. We were very happy with our quiet getaway in Tinos.

We had a very nice time. The house is very nice clean, spacious and well decorated The view is absolutely fantastic and the house is well located. Xenia and her family are very charming and helpful . We would definitely return.

Eine schöne Unterkunft
Ein sehr gepflegtes und geschmackvolles Apartment mit wunderschönem Blick von der Terrasse, in Nähe von Chora und einem schönen Strand. Leider konnte Xenia nicht selbst vor Ort sein, aber es konnte alles über WhatsApp geklärt werden, sie war immer sehr hilfsbereit und informativ.

A magic place
We were three and spent one week at Stavros Bay. The house is wonderful, very clean with nice fornitures. The view is magic. The owner is very kind. We strongly reccommend.
