"Would of been nice to have a nice hot breakfast. But can't ask for anything else, The lady at the front desk, was very polite, friendly and very helpful. I will stay there again. "

"Pool was out of service at the time of check in which was very disappointing for my kids. I booked online months in advance anticipating a working pool and hot tub so that was a big negative to our stay. Everything else was good though, wish they would have served bacon at one of the breakfasts"

"The door to the room did not close properly when you entered the room. The room was on the ground floor and one of the sliding inner windows was missing and the outer window was not secure. The front desk staff was not very professional. The rooms also had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke."

"No pool, needs work everywhere, wasn’t impressed with the look and quality of the hotel but the staff were amazing "

"Room had no working heat other than a plug in small heater that ran all night long when the temp outside was -18 it could not get the room temp over 58F. I just had surgery and needed the room for the night because the hospital couldn’t keep me due to lack of beds. The glass on the front windows was busted and a piece of wood was in its place which allowed cold wind inside. The room has dust all over the floor. The bathroom and back side of the room had black mold on the roof and there was no functioning smoke alarm. Would not recommend "
