Homeless immediately approached my car for cigarettes the second I pulled into the parking spot for check in. The guy behind the kiosk was fast asleep with music in at about 2am I had to yell and wake him up and he gave me attitude for waking him up. Also tried to charge me the pet fee I told him I no longer will have to pay as I left my pet at home. Do better all around. Also the flip lock inside my hotel room was sawed off. I have pictures, and there was no hot water at all for my shower in the morning. Highly recommend sleeping in your car compared to this absolute garbage dump.

I enjoyed the room. It was well kept. Staff was friendly. Parking area secured. Only dislike is the fact that the non-customers were able to roam freely in the facility without being monitored. A man was sleeping in the elevator.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures. This place is falling apart and is a 2 star hotel at best. Very dated rooms, a nearly impossible to access front desk ( we had to park a block away and walk to check in as there were cars in the 4 available spaces out front), a very sketchy parkade that felt unsafe and not secure and fire exit stairwell doors blocked open with coat hangers…..wasn’t very impressed with the stay and likely won’t be back. Room was dated but relatively clean to be fair.

Booked this under a “hot deal” and it ended up being a hot mess. The location was awful and as my husband went in to register, we had to park out front; where I unwillingly watched some people in the street do drugs in the corner of the building while I waited in the car (with the doors as locked as they could be). The first room we got in, the internet didn’t work so we were moved. Then in the next room all we could hear was (what we assume) was the sound of the hotels washers and dryers. Finally in the morning we went to get the car and the parking lot was locked- it took forever to get help and we were almost late for an appointment.

This is an excellent hotel with low price. I paid $140 plus tax for one night. The guy receiptist was super friendly. The room was nice and clean The only thing: the out side property door's automatic buttons were not working... it was really hard to carry 3 baggage and keep the door open with ur 3rd arm... the door should be fixed. Other wise very good experience. Oh yeah breakfast at 600 am was perfect. I read lots of negative comments before going .Thus, I was nervous. But everything was perfect. No noise, no rude person, no booking issues, ... Thank you everyone who took good care of. I really appreciate it.

Noise Complaints
Good afternoon, Me and my mom came into the room on Friday at 11pm-12am after the bowling tournament. At around 1am and throughout that night there was a lot of disturbances and noises that disrupted our entire night to sleep. Saturday night was no better, after returning to our hotel room. The noise started again as we were heading to bed, it stopped for a bit but then at 3am the noise disturbances started again. This time it was much worse than Friday. We tried to get them to stop with no luck, we called the front desk and someone came up and told them to stop. The quiet did not last long after that, they became to make disruptive noise none stop by screaming and banging on the doors loudly. Let’s just say we were extremely exhausted from not sleeping and getting the rest we needed. We r hoping when we return for our bowling tournament at the end of March the stay will be better. Please consider this a bad review for my first time staying at this hotel.

Property advertised a restaurant and a bar on the property. It did not have either of those . Big hole in the rug and lots of dust on the bed frame. Staff was friendly and the price was fair but i wont stay again.

The parking for trucks and trailers is 3 blocks away. We had to walk with our 2 year old, 6 months old and dog to the other side of the building just to get in and go back to get stuff out of our truck.
