The two-room apartment is located on the second floor of a well-maintained residential complex and is easily accessible by elevator. With 44 m² of space, it offers a relaxing and comfortable stay for 2–3 people.

The living area welcomes you with a Scandinavian design and high-quality furnishings. A cozy sleeper sofa and lounge chair invite you to relax and unwind. An LED TV and a music system with radio and Bluetooth connectivity provide entertainment. Board games are available to keep boredom at bay.

The open kitchenette features a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave, as well as a coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. The bright dining area offers a welcoming atmosphere for shared meals and fun games.

From the entryway, you’ll find a separate bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed, a spacious built-in closet, and a modern desk. An LED TV is also available. All rooms are equipped with blackout curtains that ensure a pleasant, darkened environment.
Thanks to the heated floors, the shower room maintains a comfortable temperature at all times.

On the west-facing balcony, you can wind down at the end of the day on comfortable lounge chairs.

The beach is less than 5 minutes away. A beach chair is reserved for you there from May 1 to 15.09.2026.

You can park your vehicle in the designated parking lot.
