The Space:

This beautiful condo has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room. Balcony with a beautiful 180 degree ocean view.



Guest Access:

This isn’t just an apartment; it’s a master key to a first-class resort lifestyle. Your stay includes access to an unparalleled collection of amenities that put the "excellence" in the name:



Your Private Beach Club: A pristine, private sandy beach is your new front yard.



Waters of Luxury: Take a dip in one of two pools (one indoor/covered, perfect for any weather), then let your worries melt away in any of the ten Jacuzzis.



Recharge & Rejuvenate: Detox in the saunas and steam rooms, then find your center in the two ocean-view gyms, because a workout with a view is no workout at all.



Play & Gather: Challenge friends on one of five multi-sport courts, host a gathering in the three clubhouses with full kitchens, or let the kids explore the playground. Stroll the boardwalk and jogging trails as the sun sets over the Pacific.



And after a day of indulgence, retreat to our stylishly appointed apartment, your own secure treasure chest. You'll enjoy the convenience of underground parking, all within a beautifully landscaped community that feels a world away, yet is less than a mile from the vibrant energy of downtown Rosarito. The US border is a mere 30 minutes away, making this gem easier to reach than you might think.



The Neighborhood:

We are located in a very convenient part of the famous Blvd. Popotla. There are restaurants, craft shops and a convenience store within walking distance. We are just 5 minutes south of downtown Rosarito, 15 minutes north of the famous lobster in Puerto Nuevo, and 45 minutes from the beautiful wine region Valle de Guadalupe, you surely won't run out of things to do and watch.



Getting Around:

Public transport can be easily secured right in front of the complex.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that your booking includes an additional charge labeled as a "Resort Fee", which is an HOA-mandated fee to access the complex amenities. Upon arrival, the security guard will provide each guest with a wristband—this is a mandatory requirement for staying at the resort.



No unregistered guests or visitors allowed during your stay. Guest list (4 maximum including children) must be registered 24 hours prior to your arrival. Once registered there's no changes. NO EXCEPTIONS.



There's surveillance cameras located inside the elevators, hallways, parking and common areas for security purposes.



HOA has basic community rules that need to be followed in order to have a peaceful experience otherwise you may be asked to leave the condominium and lose your reservation.



Just a quick heads-up: there is construction happening in the tower next door.

Hours are:

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
