There are a number of great restaurants a short drive away, but you are not in the middle of the loud tourist area, which is nice. While extremely clean, the property itself is dated. The bedding is definitely older and soft - but again extremely clean. Due to the climate we recommend airing out with open windows to get fresh air circulating before guests stay here (that is normal for this area) and then checking things like batteries for remotes (we were not able to use the living room fan due to a dead remote battery). The property had everything we could need. Make sure you follow the directions provided in advance (including printing out the gate pass) and also to note that the property is actually on the second floor up a flight of stairs. My girlfriend and I stayed here 4 nights and this place was perfect. The unit was newly renovated and advertised accurately, no surprises at all. We prepared most of our meals in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. The view was a bit obstructed but that was no surprise, however the sunsets and easy walk to the beach definitely made up for that. We mostly came for the waves and there was outdoor board storage that was completely safe, we stored 3 boards on the side of the house with no issues.
