### Charming Cottage in Peaceful Forest Setting near Loire Castles - Family Friendly & Fully Equipped

Between the Sologne forest and the Loire Valley, in a calm and wooded environment, on a farm, independent gîte restored with authenticity near the owner's house. Close to hiking trails, 15 minutes from the castle of La Ferté-St-Aubin and the castle of Sully-sur-Loire and 30 minutes from Orléans. Ground floor: lounge/living room, fitted kitchen, bedroom with 2 90x190 cm beds and separate toilet.  
  
Upstairs: a bedroom with 2 90 x 190 beds (close together or separated) and a shower room.  
  
Common ground with games for children (slide and swing) and a pond for fishermen.  
  
Sheets provided and beds made on arrival, heating included, end of stay cleaning included. This cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
